This new construction and adaptive reuse project stitches together new and old neighboring buildings at a very prominent corner in the New Orleans Warehouse District. The design seeks to create a hybrid between the cost-effective low-slung motel typology and the New Orleans exterior galleries that can be found near the site. The integration of plants within the architecture creates a tropical environment that softens the streamlined design.
